Thomas has been gluten-free since 2006, when not many people had heard of the allergy. We were living on the west coast and it was always a special treat when we’d find a bakery that had those two special letters on the menu “GF.” We wanted to create a safe-haven for those who need one.
We moved back home in 2015 to share our son with his family, started a small business, and added a baby girl.
In addition to having a 100% gluten-free eatery, we carry nearly 80 varieties of full leaf teas, also for sale here.
I don’t have a gluten allergy, so I can say in all honesty that what we serve isn’t “good for gluten free,” but just darn good.Payment Methods:
